Our Projects
Our work spans multiple domains of sleep research – from understanding factors that contribute to poor sleep, to sleep education, to integrating sleep health into national policy. In this manner, we aim to adopt a holistic approach to understanding and improving sleep health.
As we do so, our research prioritises the involvement of all stakeholders via an approach called co-production. In co-produced studies, people from all backgrounds – children, parents, teachers, policy-makers, healthcare professionals, and researchers – all work together throughout the entirety of the research process to design and carry out studies that are feasible, well-informed, and effective. This enables research accessibility and translation – ensuring that our findings stretch beyond academia and into people’s everyday lives.
