  • Clinical Academic Training & Careers Hub (CATCH) acts as a one-stop shop for information about Clinical Academia, the careers it can lead to, as well as current funding and training opportunities. CATCH covers all aspects of clinical academic careers across multiple healthcare disciplines, offering step-by-step guidance for aspiring academics in all four UK nations.
  • The Academy of Medical Sciences is the independent body in the UK representing medical sciences. Their vision is to improve health through biomedical research, and their website provides an abundance of information and resources that can be useful for any career stage.
  • The Medical Schools Council website provides more information about what it means to be a Clinical Academic, the impact it can have and why it matters.
  • The Royal College of General Practitioners offer a Research Engagement Hub service, in collaboration with the NIHR School for Primary Care Research. This aims to celebrate and showcase academic general practice as an exciting and varied career path, offering advice and resources for every career stage.
