Martha F. Mushi
Martha F. Mushi, B.Sc., M.Sc, PhD is a Senior Lecturer of Microbiology and Immunology and a consultant medical Microbiologist at Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences and Bugando Medical Centre, respectively. She is a Bachelor Medical laboratory Sciences (BMLS) course coordinator, also she serves as technical consultant of National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) American Society for Microbiology (ASM) and Health Laboratory Practitioner Council (HLPC).
Martha serves as reviewer and editorial member of several international peer review journals. Her research interests include: the epidemiology of infectious diseases and molecular epidemiology of pathogens of public health importance, antimicrobial resistance and diagnostic approaches for infectious diseases. In StAAR health network – consolidating research Martha is working as field work supervisor and data manager.
