Eligibility
This course will initially be open to Residents in Scotland who are in their emergency medicine training, as these course places will be fully funded by NES.

1 full day. 9am – 5pm, with lunch included.
Restrictions
Due to the potential teratogenicity of the chemicals used to embalm bodies, delegates in the first 18 weeks of pregnancy cannot enter the dissection room. If this applies to you, please notify the course organisers via [email protected] in confidence at the earliest opportunity. We will discuss adapting or deferring your place to a later course to suit you.

Teaching format
This course will be delivered in person by an expert faculty of anatomists, emergency medics and anaesthetists, using cadaveric specimens and models to deliver high quality teaching. It will also utilise live ultrasound scanning alongside these anatomical resources to cover anatomy relevant to regional anaesthesia and emergency medicine. Places are limited to allow essential one to one interaction between faculty and delegate.
