Teleflex course draws in the crowds

From 23-25 August, Teleflex Medical hosted a three-day EZ-IO Cadaveric Procedural Workshop at the School of Medicine.
Course leaders trained 237 medical professionals in the use of the Arrow EZ-IO Intraosseous Vascular Access System. This tool is a proven, fast, and effective solution in situations when intravenous access is difficult to obtain.
The course featured both theoretical and practical training, allowing delegates to fully understand how the system works before practicing with it. Hands-on practice was conducted on both models and cadavers to ensure a realistic experience for participants.
Feedback from both delegates and course leaders was enthusiastically positive, with plans already in motion for Teleflex to run the course again in 2024.
