Pitt group members present at NCRG 2024
On 17 April, members of the Pitt research team attended the Northern Cardiovascular Research Group (NCRG) 2024 meeting (#NCRG2024) in Liverpool. This one-day meeting showcased the latest developments in cardiovascular research. In attendance were Reader Dr Samantha Pitt, Research Fellow Dr Amy Dorward, PhD student Quenton Hurst, MRes student Abbi Crichton, and third-year students Bhargavi Desai and Shiksha Guru. Amy, Quenton, Abbi, Bhargavi and Shiksha all gave excellent poster presentations and all did a great job. A special well done goes to Abbi, Bhargavi and Shiksha, as this was their first time presenting at a research conference.
