This area of research focuses on investigating the impact of interprofessional education (IPE) on collaborative practice and patient outcomes. IPE is defined as “occasions when members or students of two or more professions learn with, from and about each other to improve collaboration and the quality of care and services”. (CAIPE, 2016)
