Dominique is a quantitative data analyst and applied social researcher with a background in poverty, intersectionality, and equality & diversity. She is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Data Science\/Statistics at the University of St. Andrews\u2019 School of Geography and Sustainable Development in collaboration with the Holistic Approach to Unravelling Antimicrobial Resistance in East Africa (HATUA) consortium. As the Data Manager for HATUA, she works to ensure data quality across social science, medical, and microbiological data sets. In addition, she conducts statistical analysis in support of investigating the socio-biological drivers of antibacterial resistance.<\/p>\n

Before joining St. Andrews in September 2019, she earned her PhD in Social Policy at the University of Edinburgh. She worked as an academic tutor on statistics courses designed for the social sciences, lectured on multidimensional poverty, and co-developed an equality initiative focused on enhancing diversity in STEM fields. Additionally, she was the lead quantitative data analyst for the Engaging Children & Young People in Group Decision Making Project, a partnership between the Edinburgh City Council and the University of Edinburgh.<\/p>\n
