1. Application Process, Payment and Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1.1.<\/td>\nApplications are only accepted via our online booking service.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1.2.<\/td>\nApplications must be made before the advertised booking deadline for your chosen course(s). The School of Medicine is under no obligation to accept enrolments after the deadline.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1.3.<\/td>\nFull payment of fees must be made at the time of <\/span>enrolment <\/span>and cannot be made retrospectively.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1.4.<\/td>\nThe School of Medicine will not reserve spaces on any course pending receipt of an application and payment.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

2. Changes to Courses, by the School of Medicine<\/strong><\/h2>\n

2.1.1<\/td>\nCourse changes.<\/strong> We will try to ensure the accuracy of the information provided with respect to a course but please note that all courses are subject to alteration without notice. . In the event of industrial action, adverse weather incidents, pandemic, changes in law or governmental guidance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control interfering with our ability to provide any course or service, we undertake to try to minimise disruption as far as is reasonably practicable.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.1.2<\/td>\nWe will use reasonable endeavours to deliver courses in accordance with the descriptions set out on our website.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.1.3<\/td>\nWe do, however, reserve the right to make variations to the content or method of delivery of courses, change the tutor and venue for the course and to cancel courses, if we reasonably consider such action to be necessary.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.1.4<\/td>\nIn the event of industrial action, adverse weather incidents, pandemic, changes in law or governmental guidance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control interfering with our ability to provide any course or service, we undertake to try to minimise disruption as far as is reasonably practicable.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.2.<\/td>\nPostponement of classes.<\/strong> In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, when classes might have to be postponed at short notice, we will make reasonable efforts to relay the information to you. undertake to try to minimise disruption as far as is reasonably practicable.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.3<\/td>\nIn the event that<\/span> the course<\/span> is <\/span>changed, <\/span>cancelled, <\/span>postponed<\/span> or rescheduled for any reason, <\/span>we are <\/span>not liable for any <\/span>additional<\/span> costs incurred by <\/span>you<\/span>, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, <\/span>resources<\/span> or any other related expenses. <\/span>You <\/span>are <\/span>advised to ensure<\/span> that <\/span>any <\/span>travel and accommodation arrangements include provisions for changes or cancellations<\/span> and <\/span>purchase<\/span> any resources at your own risk.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

3. Cancellations and Refunds \u2013 Cancellation by Us<\/strong><\/h2>\n

3.1<\/td>\nWe may cancel your course place if we fail to recruit our minimum level of enrolments or if circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from delivering it.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.2<\/td>\nAt the time of course cancellation, we will offer you an alternative course (subject to available places) or refund in full the fees paid by you.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.3<\/td>\nWe reserve the right to cancel your place if you have not fulfilled your obligations prior to attendance, including but not limited to completing requested information within the deadline given. We will communicate via email to make you aware of any obligations you must complete prior to attendance.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

5.1.<\/td>\nPurpose of skills development. <\/span><\/span><\/strong>The skills <\/span>you will <\/span>acquire<\/span> from<\/span> our <\/span>clinical and professional <\/span>courses are intended <\/span>solely for the purpose of enhancing <\/span>your <\/span>prof<\/span>essional <\/span>capabilities within the National Health <\/span>Service (NHS) or <\/span>your <\/span>respective industry<\/span> and are not to be used for commercial exploitation.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.2.<\/td>\nEthical use and compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/strong> By attending this course, you agree <\/span>to adhere to the highest ethical standards and <\/span>comply with<\/span> all applicable laws, <\/span>regulations<\/span> and professional <\/span>codes<\/span> of conduct<\/span>, as well as all <\/span>University policies, including, but not limited to, <\/span>s<\/span>afety policies, <\/span>p<\/span>olicies <\/span>regarding<\/span> the <\/span>use of clinical <\/span>facilities<\/span>.<\/span> Any<\/span> misuse of the acquired skills, including b<\/span>ut<\/span> not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or any form of malpractice, is <\/span>strictly prohibited<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

6.1.<\/td>\nTo qualify for a reduced or concessionary fee you must be eligible at the time of enrolment and be prepared to provide supporting evidence if we request it. Only one concession may be claimed at a time.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
