Alasdair is a consultant anaesthetist with interests in regional anaesthesia,\u00a0neuroanaesthesia and ultrasound education. He has codirected Anatomy for the FRCA since its inception and continues to regularly teach on local and international ultrasound guided regional anaesthesia courses.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Alasdair has published a range of cadaveric, translational, and live sonoanatomy based research. He has written several chapters on regional anaesthesia and co-authored the book Anatomy for the FRCA.\u00a0He regularly performs ultrasound guided nerve blocks for awake surgery.\u00a0<\/p>\n
