Biography

My name is Margaret Braid, but everyone calls me Mig.  I am an Allied Health Professions Practice Education Lead based in NHS Fife.  I have been in post since 2006.  I am an Occupational Therapist to back ground and qualified in 1994.  I worked within various clinical areas including acute medical, cardiology and stroke rehab.  As an Allied Health Professions Practice Education Lead, I cover registered and non-registered staff as well as students.  I liaise closely with the AHP clinical staff and leads, universities who provide AHP programmes and NHS Education Scotland.  I have facilitated various IPE opportunities within NHS Fife and nationally.
