The UK\u2019s number 1!!.<\/li>\n<li><em>Current <\/em><em>working year<\/em><em>:<\/em><i>\u00a0<\/i>75% of the year in the UK with NHS + University with a 50\/50 split, 25% of the year in different low resource countries delivering teaching and research projects with range of NGOs.<\/li>\n<li><em>Advice: O<\/em>nly go into research if interested. Published papers are helpful in getting you a job in the NHS but being a team player is THE most important skill.
