Royal College of Ophthalmologists Symposium
Dr Andrew Blaikie, Senior Lecturer with the Global Health Implementation team delivered a paper on ‘Retinopathy of Prematurity Imaging in Middle Income Countries; Past, Present and Future’ at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists Symposium on Paediatric Retina in London. The focus of the presentation was on his experience of retinopathy of prematurity screening in South Sulawesi, Indonesia and implementation of new low cost retinal cameras. Dr Blaikie is pictured with Mr CK Patel, Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at the Oxford Eye Hospital and organiser of the symposium.
