Poster Prize
Third year students Jen Kuan and Barrie Lyell have recently won a prize for their poster at the Scottish Ophthalmology Club titled:
An Exploratory Study Into the Perceived Value of Near Vision Glasses and Functional Benefit to Patients Attending Non-Communicable Disease Clinics in Malawi
Their project was supervised by Dr Andrew Blaikie and part funded by the Dorothy Miller African Travel Award.
This is the second year that Dr Andrew Blaikie has won this award. The competition for this category was exceptionally strong.
