In July, Wardiya Afshar Saber attended the Joint 19th International Union of Pure and Applied Biophysics (IUPAB) and 11th European Biophysical Societies’ Association (EBSA) Congress which was held at the Edinburgh International Conference Center (EICC). During the congress she gave a talk “A novel neurophotonics approach to study neural networks in vitro” and won the best prize poster for the Optogenetics and Neural Systems session.
