Aurora leadership programme 2016
Julie Struthers and Morven Shearer have been selected by the University to attend the Aurora leadership programme for 2016. Aurora is the Leadership Foundation’s women-only leadership development initiative which aims to encourage women in higher education to think of themselves as leaders, to develop leadership skills and to help institutions maximise the potential of these women. There are 5 workshops; Identity, Impact and Voice, Power and Politics, Action Learning Set, Core Leadership Skills and Adaptive Leadership skills.
