Key Details: A practical introduction to Speedwell scoring, domain-based OSCE assessment, and the ASSESS system, with an opportunity to practise marking a mock station, ahead of the forthcoming MD4004 in June.

Course Information

This online training session will prepare examiners for the forthcoming MD4004 OSCE by introducing the core principles of domain‑based assessment and the ASSESS scoring system. Facilitators will demonstrate the Speedwell platform for entering scores and guide participants through the process of marking a ‘mock’ OSCE station to build confidence and consistency ahead of the examination. The session is designed for University clinical staff and NHS teaching staff, including block leads and SCEs, and will be recorded as an ongoing teaching resource.
