Shelley Parr
Shelley Parr is a Professorial Fellow in Medical Education and Principal Fellow of the HEA who has actively pursued a career in teaching and learning in higher education (in preference to a career in medical research). She has held numerous leadership positions at 3 Russell group Universities in medical education and in academic professional development. She is currently leading the Centre for Higher Education Practice as the University of Southampton.

Alison Cooper
Alison is heavily involved in running the MBChB programme at the University of Birmingham, in particular having responsibility for the curriculum of the early years. She has been teaching-focussed for 20 years and is interested to see whether and how perceptions of teaching focussed roles have changed.

Anita Laidlaw
Anita Laidlaw is Head of the Division of Education, School of Medicine and Co-Director of the Centre for Higher Education research, at the University of St Andrews. Her research focuses on wellbeing of students and Academics and incorporates both physical and mental and factors that may influence wellbeing and help seeking behaviour.
Stephanie Bull
Stephanie is a senior lecturer with an student facing role. Her leadership roles at the University of Exeter Medical School include Problem Based Learning, Assessment and Public Involvement. She has experience of undertaking education research, including understanding decision making around clinical careers.

India Pinker
India Pinker is the research assistant for the Edufocused Team. She is currently studying for her PhD in Medical Education at the University of St Andrews. She has been involved in a variety of research projects with her own research concerning Clinical Empathy and its effect within and outside the interpersonal dynamics in medical settings.
