The Education Division within the School of Medicine is committed to advancing educational scholarship and research in areas relating to digital<\/strong>, workforce\u00a0<\/strong>sustainability<\/b>\u00a0and community-oriented education<\/strong>. These areas of focus ensure that our courses remains innovative, evidence-based, and aligned with <\/span><\/span>national health policy and institutional priorities<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Division also provides expert consultancy and advisory services<\/strong> to external stakeholders, including commercial organisations, academic publishers, policy makers, and other higher education institutions. We intend to expand this portfolio, utilising our specialist expertise to inform educational practice and policy development at both national and international levels.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to research and innovation acitivites, all staff in the Division coordinate the development, leadership, and delivery of high-quality education for our students. This is achieved through collaboration with academic and professional staff from across the School’s divisions, and colleagues across NHS Scotland.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
