Strengthening mid-level eye care<\/em><\/h2>\n

The Rotary Club of Gelsenkirchen in Germany funded this nationwide training initiative. All 120 Ophthalmic Clinical Officers from all regions of Rwanda were trained and equipped with Arclight devices. These workshops were a collaboration between the Rwandan Ophthalmic Clinical Officers & Cataract Surgeons Society and the Arclight Project Team from the University of St Andrews.<\/p>\n
