I graduated from the Univeristy of St Andrews with a BSc (Distinction) and joined as a member of staff in 2008. I am an Associate CIPD member and alondside my role in Medicine, I am studying for an MLitt in Management. I work as the Data Manager for the Global Early Adolescent Study, and a Research Administrator for the Populations and Behavioural Science Division and the Child and Adolescent Health Research Unit. These diverse roles include the managment of electronic survey data collection, managing and monitoring project timescales and budgets, providing pre and post-award administration, project recruitment, research support running, including focus groups, interviews and administering questionnaires. In addion to this I design and update the units databases and websites.
