I graduated from the Univeristy of St Andrews with a BSc (with Distinction) and joined as a member of staff in 2008. I am an Associate CIPD member and alondside my role in Medicine, I am studying for an MLitt in Management. I work as the Data Manager for the Global Early Adolescent Study, and a Research Administrator for the Populations and Behavioural Science Division and the Child and Adolescent Health Research Unit. These diverse roles include the managment of research projects, including electronic survey data collection, monitoring project timescales and budgets, providing pre and post-award administration, recruitment, and research support, including focus groups, interviews and administering questionnaires. In addion to this I design and update the units databases and websites.
